Christian Faur

crayons! does anyone use crayons anymore?

I know of one chap who does, Christian Faur. Mr Faur has created several images using crayons. They use the same technique of newspaper pictures, dots of colour. Have a look

lots of dots making up the big picture

with a side on view you can see the unused tips of the crayons

there are some really nice images created with those crayons.

I always had fun melting them on the radiators and then getting told off by my mum for creating a big blob of red on the carpet

I must go and get some sleep as I have been up late creating some home made burgers for tomorrow/today

sleep well when ever your bed time maybe :-)

Oh my! Those are so amazing! Such works of art, you can’t even tell that crayons were used when it’s the front view. Truly awesome work, so inspiring and creative. Thanks so much!

there is something wonderful about them isnt there, you must admire the patience of the artist chap – I also love the idea of melting crayons and am upset that I have never tried it!
