I feel that art is in the air, like a wind but not a strong one.

I have something slightly different to present to you today, let your eyes glide over these images.

Whats happening here is that powder is being exploded, which it itself is a violent act, but the image still manages to present it in a very isolated way.

They look very lonely images. However the landscape looks dull but the powder takes a wonderous shape, creating a very brief object which will be gone within a few seconds.

I do adore this one the most. The ghostly object seems to bring the area to life but blink and you will miss it.

I’ve  been through a bit of rough patch recently but I always find this place, were art is shared, makes me feels safe and warm. Like sitting infront of a log fire on a winter’s night.

Today I bring something a bit odd and yet colourful

I think the artist has took  the natural elements (e.g. strawberries) and has arranged into an unnatural forms creating a wonderful space .

This is the sort of art I really do appericate when visiting an gallery. The pieces are really engaging and creative.

Now the artist I present to you today does something I rather like. Sue Webster takes things we consider rubbish and arranges them in a way that doesn’t look like anything, however if you where to shine a light from the right angle you get something quite different.

I do love this kind of work, its the sort of work I enjoy most when visiting an gallery

it would taken an age to get these pieces just right, but then again if you do it alot you get faster

i’ve just come back from a night round town. The meal was nice but the drink afterwards I hated. Sat there feeling like a lemon thinking, why am I here! You had to shout to talk to anyone, it was noisy and very scary. I have ringing in my ear now.

anyway I’m home now and glad to be, so wanting some comfort of a place of difference I came herer to write a post.

Today I bring some 3D art for your eyes to look upon. The chaps name is henrique oliveira and he does some wonderous things with bits of wood and board

from this picture you could be mistaken that this is a rather lively painting but no…

…its make from broken bits of wood and such like, all put together to form some rather impressive wall art

I know if I walked into this gallery and saw this I would be talking about it for days to come

Anyway do you remember one of my other posts about underwater images? well I have some images to share with you which offer a different view of a pool/water.

these ones seem very personal. the water separates the person from the world, cutting out noise and creating a barrier between them and the outside.

I find these images very different from the others I posted the other day. They were quite empty and lonely where these seem to capture a moment in time. I don’t know if you get it but I feel like I can hear whats going on, not literally, but the image seems to capture both the picture and sound.

I find them quite peaceful

Its a strange world underwater. You see the world from a different angle, but I’m not talking of the ocean or any other large sea mass, the images I share with you today are from a pool. Who knew what wonderous images can be found in there.

The feeling of emptyness is rather hard to avoid

the patterns created from the water are pleasing to the eye

I think this sums up most of the pictures rather well, but as the artist says

Now for todays post i can’t really say much about this person as all the text is in russian (I think!) so I shall share these images with some mystery attached to them, which can be rather nice.

its these house ones I adore, they remind me of a wonderful dream I use have when I was a child.

I’m over the moon that I have finished work for this week after having a silly cow moan about me over something completely stupid, stupid, STUPID! So now I return to the world of art and wonder. A place that feeds my soul with and provides me with comfort. A place I like to rest

And so today……

sometimes a single picture or item is enough to make an impression on you but also having lots and lots of the same thing can give the same effect but with an added extra of gaining an experience.

just look at that, so many balls, imagine walking through them

the scale of this project blows you away

I would love to have a walk around this exhibition, it would be an experience  wouldn’t forget in a while
