do ever find that when one problem goes away another appears, well as I have recvovered from my killer cold I now have a pain in my lower back, I blame the yoga I’ve been doing, those dodgy positons always felt a bit odd.

Hello lovelies.

Ive acquired a puppy, he be named Harry and refuses to be alone for more than 2 seconds. He enjoys pooing on anything he can. Im beginning his training to become my loyal companion and warrior against evil. – He is yet to master the art of getting my morning newspaper.

Isn’t this chap wonderful!? I do adore nice surreal type things, and that wonderful olde worldey feel. Art that is actualy interesting to look at, weird and wonderful, safe but still with that wonderful adams family type of darkness

The above is my total favourite, such yummyness, when I doodle it always seems to end up as clouds with legs or arms or with top hats on – I adore clouds ever so.

The tax bill came today.

I do love working as my own boss, but getting the tax bill at the year is a horrible thing, ontop of that a bill for £470 for the accountant.

I detest the idea of writing a cheque for six grand. A glass of wine will help. Anyway…

Im not quite sure why I like these, they seem a bit youthy, a bit first year photography degree at university, lads out clubbing, getting girls and drinking etc. etc.

But I do like them, lovely bright colours and a touch of the glorious weirdness, a bit youthy weird, but weird, and any weird will do when one has to write a six grand cheque.

Have a lovely day lovely special people

Last night the kitten emerged from his hiding place and spent the night sleeping on my face. Then at 4am decided it was time for cuddles…It would be easier having a baby. This time of year always makes me broody.

Arent these lovely? Shoes. Shoes and the bottom bits of the body. Ive had one of these images sitting in my ‘things to rip off’ folder for years, and only today have I found the artist:

Wonderfully colourful arent they? In that type of pushing daisies retro type of way (apologies for the use of the overly trendy word ‘retro’) – Colourful, but muted, a type of technicolour? I cant quite describe how I feel over these…Ive always had a minor obsession with shoes.

16 Bottles of wine arrived today – this may explain tonight’s ramblier than usual posting.

Simply wonderful, coldness, almost ice-ness, lonelyness, again lots of ness’s. And then ontop of this cold(ness) wonderful splats of colours, bright red lips that catch the eye and then dont release them, wonderful confetti. Even as I type (badly) I cant remove my eyes from the window on my right displaying this wonder.

…the fact that the eyes are missing from the image intrigues the hell out of me. I must now try and draw my eyes away as it is my bath time.

A bit trendy you may say? Well yes to be fair it is a wee trendy, reminding me of my illustration degree days. But still lovely, and beyond my terrible illustration days, there is humor in these, and good humour, nice humor, not the expected student humor of ‘eat my cheese’ etc

Lovely and vintagey with a hint of chitty chitty bang bang and geekyness, lovely lovely and I would adore a very large print upon my wall.

Absolutely gorgeous, they’ve had the art men in which pleases me greatly. I love that half the video is totally blown out , I bet the art men had to battle to get that idea OKayed, and Im glad they did. Using old wallpaper is a bit overdone I know, but this is rather old, its been sat on my hard drive over the life span of several computer and give it a glance every now and then to stoke the fires within.

A toast, to those fighting to get their creative way, all day long they battle on doing crap and photos of people dressed as barbie and sailors, everynow and then a project a comes along when they can express themselves, yes a toast to the artists and the big wigs with the cases, towels and suits who said okay to something differenty
